General Enrolment

• Please complete both sides of the enrolment form with as much information as possible.

• An emergency contact number in the Methven area would be very helpful.

• Be sure to fill in Ethnicity. You may include more than one Ethnicity if you wish.

• Please include any medical information or conditions that the school needs to be aware of.

• Please speak to the classroom teacher if your child has any medical or behavioural issues.

• All parents with their children need to complete an Internet Acceptable Usage Contract. Please request.

• International Students should include copies of child/ren’s passport, student permit, and/or father or mother’s work visa or NZ residency information

Preference and Non-Preference

As a Catholic school Our Lady of the Snows has a preference enrolment scheme. For further information about eligibility please contact the Principal.
